Background – What is compliance management system?

A Compliance Management System, or CMS for short, is a program that helps you to comply with Fair Lending Regulations.

It is designed to allow you to monitor and control compliance activities within your organization. A CMS is not an easy way to track or measure compliance. You also don't know who in your organization is doing it.

It is simply a comprehensive compliance program. An integrated system that includes written documents, processes, controls, procedures, controls and tools to help organizations comply with legal requirements.

Compliance management systems should be integrated into all areas of the business, including sales, advertising, operations and administration. A well-designed compliance management system will help you to identify and mitigate risks in your business while also meeting all regulatory requirements.
