Il sorso è di grande vivacità e freschezza con piacevoli aromi di frutta bianca.Il sauvignon blanc, vitigno originario della regione bordolese, ha trovato da secoli nella Valle della Loira le condizioni climatiche e i terreni per esprimersi ai massimi livelli qualitativi. La fermentazione avviene in serbatoi dacciaio e il vino matura alcuni mesi in acciaio, a contatto con le fecce fini, per acquisire corpo e aromi. Una bella espressione classica e pulita di Sauvignon Blanc della Loira.
