Built with same design as the V9 Pro model just scaled down for that Intermediate size goalie. The body offers multiple adjustments to get a more customized fit to the goalie, keeping this unit lightweight with the main body made from light weight nylon with minimal leather & quickslide used more as accent features for a pro look. 

Protection on this unit is top level with use of Lightweight HD foams to give that protection without taking away any mobility that the Velocity series has been known for. New for this V9 is a more squared off shoulders for added protection and adding better wrap around the body for better coverage. Vaughn has segmented the shoulders Going down to the arms we see they've also been squared off for better coverage, the bicep has been improved with HD foam and a insert along the middle to take away the chance of any stingers.

A BIG hit with my BIG dog!

My Great Dane/Boxer mix LOVES this toy. She is over 100 lbs and very strong. She got a hold of my son's real football last year and after she made the initial holes and deflated it we just let her have it. For nearly 4 years, the old one has been kept outside in the rain, sun, snow, and ice. She still loves to grab it, shake it, throw it up in the air and play tug with whenever she's outside. The rubber is just now starting to crack so it's time for a new one.

A few weeks ago I ordered three dog toys for my dogs. I have a German shepherd, Lab mix and a medium mix. The latter boy is the biggest destroyer in our family, he chewed pieces of a black Kong. Edit: Now, more than a month later, my dog managed to get a small piece off after a heavy chew session. After that first piece apparently it is easy to get more off, and he wants to swallow it so the ball is in the trash.
