The Yawpers third album, Boy in a Well, sounds like Alan Lomax using his field recorder to capture Mance Lipscomb ripping a laced joint with the Cramps and strapping on their instruments to let it fly. It's a complex concept album - manically conceived, historically situated, emotionally underscored and set in a plot-driven fictive universe. It's demented, unpredictable, taboo, ambitious, and yet distinctively cohesive. The Yawpers are a rock 'n' roll trio from Denver, Colorado. Their name is derived from a Walt Whitman poem, entitled "Song of Myself": "I sound my barbaric yawp over the roofs of the world." The Yawpers play in a unique setting of two acoustic guitar players and drummer, yet their music is played with "raucous glee comparable to seeing a metal band".

Very spacious and beautiful

A lot of my books fit on here and there’s still more room left if I wanted to buy more books. It’s a simple looking bookshelf but it’s really pretty. It’s also sturdy the only reason I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 was because it comes with its own plastic screw anchors and they are crap. The shelves were wobbly when we installed them using the plastic screw anchors that came with the packaging. My dad set mine up and luckily he had a bunch of his own so he switched them out with better screw anchors. Once we made that switch it was perfect, there was no wobble or shaking at all. So that’s my only piece of advice. Besides for the screw anchors everything else is perfect
