- Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other product
- Balance has to be made within 14 days upon item is ready to ship. Paypal invoice would be sent
- Only broken parts would be replaced. Item has to be smashed with video recorded in order to get new piece shipped. It will be shipped with the most economic option, and time frame is depend on spare part availability and the shipping service used.
- Minor defect, painting chip, scratches are subject to claim. Buyer can ship it back to factory (China for example) for repair (FOC). However, shipping fee to return and re-ship is on buyer.
- Item would be shipped without insurance by default. Please inform us if insurance is needed. Claim value is subject to courier service approval and insured value.
- Box is not insured by default (item and box are separate insurance). Please inform us if insurance is needed. Claim value is subject to courier service approval and insured value.
