The tubes are slightly used, tested 90% of NOS values. Please pay attention that these are LONG LIFE tubes with 10000 hours of use within specs. They will last forever in any decent preamp. 

Made by Philips Holland in famous Heerlen plant in 1960. Very rare crossfoil D getter version, very good sounding tubes.
