How to use: Pull the riller in one direction on one side of the ski (front to back), and in the opposite direction on the other side (back to front), with the plastic guide riding against the steel edge. Maintain constant pressure—do not lift the tool between passes. Press harder for deeper structure in warm/wet conditions; use lighter pressure. Finish by polishing with a fine nylon brush (roto recommended). In higher speed events, use a warmer (coarser) rilling tool than normal. Care: The structure roller is precision stainless steel—handle with care to protect the fine groove pattern from damage. After use, clean the roller of paraffin residue with wax remover and a Red Creek ultrafine steel hand brush. Store in a dry place. Hand structure will revert with each fresh wax job.
