Anpassung:
Setzen Sie den Helm auf den Kopf und halten Sie ihn in der lockersten Einstellung etwa 1 cm über den Augenbrauen fest.
Halten Sie den Schirm fest und ziehen Sie den Drehknopf an der Rückseite des Helms langsam fest, bis er sicher sitzt. Bitte ziehen Sie den Drehknopf vorsichtig fest. Wenn Sie den Drehknopf beim Tragen des Helms zu fest anziehen, kann er blockieren. Nehmen Sie in diesem Fall einfach den Helm ab und lösen Sie den Drehknopf.
Überprüfen Sie den Sitz, indem Sie vorsichtig am Schirm oder an der Vorderseite des Helms ziehen. Die Haut über den Augenbrauen sollte sich bei korrektem Sitz mit der Bewegung des Helms mitbewegen. Unabhängige Bewegungen des Helms deuten darauf hin, dass er zu groß ist oder der Drehverschluss nicht fest genug sitzt. Da der Drehverschluss den Helm am Hinterkopf fixiert, ist ein gleichmäßiger Kontakt am Helmrand nicht erforderlich. Der Kinnriemen sollte direkt unter dem Kinn sitzen und die Unterseite des Ohrläppchens sanft berühren, ohne den Hals zu berühren. Zwischen Kinn und Kinnriemen sollte etwa eine Fingerbreite Platz sein. Dieser Abstand zeigt an, wie weit sich der Helm bei einem Unfall bewegen könnte. Legen Sie beim Schließen des Kinnriemens einen Finger zwischen Riemen und Kinn, um ein Einklemmen zu vermeiden. Vor dem Abnehmen des Helms sollte der Drehverschluss gelöst werden. Dies verhindert unnötige Belastungen der Drehknopfbefestigung und stellt sicher, dass sie bei jedem Tragen korrekt sitzt.

Been Using These for Years

I have been using these Glad 30 gallon ForceFlex trash bags for years and they never disappoint. The black color looks clean, they are thick and strong, and the unscented option is perfect if you do not want artificial smells. They hold up well with heavy trash, resist leaks, and the drawstrings make them easy to tie and carry. Great quality and worth the price.

still the best

Update from after they changed the bags to the two layer bags.
I was alerted by another customer that the bags on the page changed, and she scared me away from trying the new version so much I bought the Hefty bags. Well, I am back. I did not like those, they are stiff, but they slash through easy and I did not like the smell. I looked again into glad bags, and realized that they did not get thinner. They are now two layers. Each of the two is thinner, but together they make for a stronger bag. It works just like when the cashier at the grocery store double-bags your heavy milk cartons.
I used up a smaller box of this new dual defense variety and went back on amazon to buy the bigger box. They work the same as the old ones. They are strong and do not rip under normal conditions. I like how stretchy they are. The outside layer is white, inside layer is black. The bags look gray from the outside as the black shows from under the white. It looks black from the inside, and you cannot see gray when it is in the garbage can in the kitchen.

Those are my favorite bags. I use them in my regular size kitchen garbage can, because it is black and I do not like how white bags show when used inside of trash cans. And I do not like to use clear bags - who wants to see the garbage? So, black it is. I like that the bags are bigger than the can since I never have any problems closing the bags and can fit a pizza box or something extra that would not fit into the can and waits for its turn behind the can.
Forceflex bags are truly tough, they can stretch around items instead of tearing, and the red ribbon inside is thick and attached securely, too, so it stays where it supposed to be, and I do not get any nasty surprises on my way to the outside bin, and my trash collectors never have to pick up fallen garbage from the road, too.

Trash bags

They are inexpensive. They hold up well but are not super heavy duty like the ones you can get from home depot. Only knocked off one star for this reason. It would have been two as i felt it was kinda thinner than expected but it held up well holding wood pieces. Minor tear or puncture on 2 out of 5 needing to double bag but still held up fairly well with all things considered so if day 4 stars is fair
